Loxone System Software Update
One-off remote software update
Important: Book by 23rd November 2026
Keep your Loxone system up to date with a professionally managed software update from Epitome Living.
From 1st December 2026, Loxone's free Remote Connect service will require Miniservers to run up-to-date software. Systems running older software may lose remote access, although normal local operation will continue.
If you're not on an Epitome Living aftercare plan, you can purchase a one-off update without an ongoing subscription.
What's included:
Review of your existing software version
Backup of your current configuration
Update to the latest compatible Loxone software
Basic post-update checks
Confirmation once completed
How it works
Once your order is received, we'll check your system details and arrange the update remotely. We normally carry out updates in scheduled batches, following our own internal testing of new Loxone software releases.
Please note:
Available for eligible existing Epitome Living installations in Northern Ireland.
The service covers one routine remote system update. Systems with multiple Miniservers or additional complexity may require a separate quotation.
Remote access must be available. If this cannot be established, we'll contact you to discuss alternatives.
Programming variations, fault investigation, site visits and remedial work are not included.
A software update may require a brief interruption to system operation.
This is a one-off service. Future updates are not included. For ongoing maintenance and support, please enquire about our aftercare plans.
Loxone software updates and Remote Connect remain free of licence or subscription charges. This fee covers Epitome Living's professional update service.
Book by 23rd November to maintain uninterrupted remote access
To ensure your Loxone system is updated before the new Remote Connect requirements take effect on 1st December 2026, please book your software update by 23rd November.
Bookings received after this date may not be completed before the deadline.
