‘Co. Armagh tech installer named finalist in global awards’ - that’s us!

Epitome Living just been named a finalist in the CEDIA Smart Home Awards 2026.

We’ve been shortlisted in the Technology Beyond the Home category for our design and installation work in the Partnership Hub and boardroom of Warmflow. You can find out more about the project here, along with a selection of images below.

I founded Epitome Living in 2017 to enhance people’s lives at home with technology that automates everyday tasks like turning on lights, controlling the building’s temperature, and opening and closing blinds. 

Since then, the company has diversified to deliver smart technology and audiovisual installations in commercial settings like showrooms, offices, and hospitality venues whilst retaining its core residential smart home offerings. 

Now in its twentieth year, the CEDIA Smart Home Awards celebrates the most innovative companies in the smart home sector.

Judges of the 2026 awards have shortlisted the most outstanding achievements in smart home design and business innovation in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific over the past two years.

The Technology Beyond the Home award is given to elite smart system integration projects implemented outside traditional residential settings. We’re the only company from Ireland to make a shortlist across award categories, and we’re up against businesses from across EMEA to take home the prize. 

CEDIA sets the standard for excellence in smart technology installations across the world, so to have our work recognised as award-worthy by its team of judges is a huge honour. We’re named in the Technology Beyond the Home category alongside some exceptional companies whose work we admire, which makes the recognition even better.

We’ve won awards for our residential projects before, but this is the first award we’ve entered for a commercial project. I’m very proud of the team for putting the same care and effort into making people’s lives easier with workplace technology as they do making people’s lives easier in their homes. It’s our goal as a company to show how that’s possible with well-designed, reliable technology systems.

We’ll be jetting to London in October for the prize-giving ceremony in the Natural History Museum. Wish us luck!
