In early 2026 we installed an AAL solution at Sync Living’s Independence & Mobility Hub in Belfast. The fitout gives Sync Living’s customers the chance to experience an AAL solution in person before committing to its installation. 

This client’s smart home was finished with a fully integrated Loxone automation system including access control, security, lighting, heating, and audio. 

Warmflow approached us with the goal of making its Partnership Hub showroom experience better for customers. They also wanted the showroom to be user-friendly, making the morning set up and evening lock up straightforward for any member of the team.

Our clients were embarking on the construction of their new home and needed a robust smart home solution capable of integrating a wide range of standalone systems, including networking, solar power, lighting, heat pump, EV charger, and MVHR.

From the outset, it was clear to us that there would be a large number of lighting circuits and a combination of lighting technologies required on the Building a View project. As discussions with the architect and client developed, the quantity and complexity of the project’s needs only increased, as the technology we provided needed to marry with the sleek design of the building and its unique site.

Our client is no stranger to smart home systems, having run a website on home automation since 1996. No pressure!
